Blackfriars’ Theatre will hold the auditions for their spring musical Damn Yankees on Sunday, January 5th & Monday, January 6th. Everyone desiring to be in the show is required to do a vocal and dance audition. These will be held at the Sunday audition beginning at 1:00 PM. For those desiring a character role in the show, a script reading will be done on Monday beginning at 3:00 PM. Once you have completed your audition (on either Sunday or Monday) you are free to leave. The first full cast rehearsal will be held on Sunday, January 12th beginning at 1:00 PM. The normal rehearsal schedule is Sundays (1-4 PM) and Mondays through Thursdays (3:30-5:00 or 5:30 PM). You are only required to attend rehearsals that are scheduled for your specific role in the production. Obviously, all the boys are required to be current Curley students.
