The Class of 2019 celebrated 100 nights to graduation at the Countdown to Commencement Dinner on February 21st. The seniors and their parents were treated to an hour of hors d’oeuvres, then a buffet dinner to celebrate the accomplishments and brotherhood of the senior class. After dinner and dessert, all made their way to the Suehle Auditorium for a short program. There Mr. Kohler, Curley’s Principal, addressed a few remarks to parents and students and introduced Parker Boomer ’19 who gave the Countdown to Commencement Speech. His words emphasized the growth he experienced at Curley as well as his gratitude for the faculty, staff, parents and above all his classmates. After Parker’s talk, a video was presented which included clips of each senior addressing a few words to his parents and photos from the Class of 2019 over the past 3.5 years.
Finish strong, Class of 2019!
